This page outlines our approach to product safety, with special attention to compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR – Regulation (EU) 2023/988), which came into effect on June 13, 2024.
EU GPSR Compliance
Some products in our store are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party print-on-demand providers, including Printful.
For these items:

The manufacturer’s EU Responsible Person (RP) details are included on the product packaging or label, as required by GPSR.

Soi39 does not rebrand these products or modify their original packaging.

These items are sold “as is” and therefore remain under the manufacturer’s compliance responsibility.

All items sold through Soi39 are intended for adult use (18+) only.

Products are not suitable for children under 3 years old, especially small or breakable items.

All materials are sourced via providers who meet international safety standards, including compliance with lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium limits where applicable.
Warranty for EU Customers
