Shipping policy

All Soi 39 Collective products are made to order and shipped via our printing partner.

Where we ship:
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding - follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we open up new regions.

Production time:
Since each item is printed specifically for you, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time:
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 6-8 business days within the US.

Most orders are shipped quickly. In fact:
Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.

Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays:
Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Custom orders, high-demand periods, and carrier delays can occasionally extend these windows.
