Refund policy

Every Soi39 Collective piece is printed just for you when you order it - which means we're not able to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like size or change of mind.

What we will fix:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@soi39.com with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you, no hassle.

Before you order:

Please double check your size against our size chart before purchasing, since we can't offer exchanges for sizing.
If you have requested a custom print - please double check the spelling before ordering, for any questions don't hesitate to contact us via a contact form or directly at hello@soi39.com.
